Flagship

SORTS CPM.
The whole project, one platform.

Construction project management for contractors: estimate, contract, budget, build, claim and reconcile in one place, with every figure traceable to the record that made it. Live at app.sortsplatform.com.

SORTS CPM: the Budget page of a project, with budget, committed, cost to date and estimate at completion tiles and the budget by cost code
Budget: committed, cost to date and estimate at completion from the live ledger.
SORTS CPM: the Daily log register of a project
Daily log: prestarts, people, machinery, subcontractors and deliveries, day by day.
SORTS CPM: the Programme look-ahead with resources assigned to activities
Programme: Gantt, look-ahead and resources on the same activities.

Commercial

Estimates, the client contract and its variations, budgets with revisions and forecasts, commitments, progress claims, payables and receivables. Money is held in cents with a currency, and the cost ledger is append-only.

Operations

Daily prestarts and logs, people and machine hours, subcontractor dockets, deliveries, RFIs, licences and tickets, and project files, on the phone in the field and at the desk in the office.

Schedule and resources

Programme with Gantt, look-ahead and logic; progress tracking against baseline; resource planning across projects; bookings, work orders and the timesheets and tickets raised from a plan.

Control

Roles and permissions on every route, separation of duties on every approval, a history on every record, and integrations with financial tools and project management platforms that stay read-only until you unlock them.

Apps

Independent apps.
Clearly related.

Each product owns its name and accent. A quiet by sorts endorsement keeps the family together.

Projects

One clear view of the work — budgets, actuals and earned value.

How SORTS works

One problem,
one closed loop.

An invoice should not be re-keyed three times. SORTSlink keeps lineage from capture to job cost to the ledger.

  1. Scan Capture and review the supplier invoice.
  2. Publish Publish a direct cost or a commitment progress claim to your project platform after approval.
  3. Ledger Record the map, queue the bill, sync to your accounting system when writes are unlocked.
  4. Projects Report actuals and earned value on the same projects.

Built with Claude

Engineered by agents.
Approved by people.

SORTS is built with Anthropic's Claude. A team of Claude agents plans, builds, reviews and releases the platform under a published rulebook, and a human expert coordinates the line and approves every production release. Every change is reviewed, tested in CI and recorded before it ships.

  1. Today Claude engineers the platform: briefs, code, adversarial money reviews, migrations and releases, with a person approving each step.
  2. Next Claude inside the product, coming soon: structured extraction from supplier invoices, dockets and contracts straight into the ledger, with the same review before anything is written.
  3. Always Human approval. Models propose; a named person applies. Nothing reaches your project platform, your accounting system or the ledger without a review.

Trust

Shared intelligence.
Human approval.

  • Live writes to your project and financial platforms stay off until you unlock them.
  • Review before publish. Role-gated apply. Viewers observe.
  • Invite-only access, project allow-lists, origin tracking and snapshots.
  • Money is integer cents with a currency. The cost ledger is append-only and written only by database triggers, with an audit row in the same batch.
  • Separation of duties is enforced in code: nobody approves their own record, and every route has a permission guard.
